What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Basement and Ground Floor, 32A-37 Cowper Street, London, EC2A 4AP.

Notice is given that Propaganda Venues Ltd has applied to Islington Council to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is: To vary the premises licence for Sundays preceding Bank Holidays only as follows: Licensable activities: Extend from 10:00 - 01:00 to 10:00 - 05:00. Opening hours: Extend from 08:00 - 01:30 to 08:00 - 05:30. Late Night Refreshment: Extend from 23:00 - 01:00 to 23:00 - 05:00. Vary the Sale of Alcohol to Both On and Off-sales with a new condition: “Sales for consumption off the premises is for people to take their drinks with them when going outside to smoke or vape in to the supervised smoking area. People will be monitored by SIA supervisors and will not be permitted to remain outside after they have finished smoking/vaping." To remove Annex 2, Condition 3 and to amend Annex 2, Condition 14 to ‘The Premises Licence holder shall ensure that patrons do not take open containers of drink outside the premises unless going to the supervised designated smoking/vaping area.’
