Notice is hereby given that Chahine Brothers Ltd in respect of Premises known as GRANDE ROMA, 1-5 Irving Street, London, WC2H 7AT has applied to Westminster City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the licensed area to incorporate numbers 1 and 5 Irving Street; to amend and remove conditions on the premises licence details of which are in the application submitted to the Council; to amend the times for the sale of alcohol so they start at 09:00 7 days a week instead of 10:00 and to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises until midnight Mondays to Saturdays (currently 23:00) and until 23:30 on Sundays (currently 23:00) so the hours are the same as the permission for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises but with a requirement that in the additional hours sought any alcohol sold for consumption off the premises is either to those customers seated in the area covered by the pavement licence or in a closed container as part of a meal. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email sent to licensing@westminster.gov.uk or sent by post to Licensing Team, Westminster City Council. 15th Floor West, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1P 6QP no later than 23rd June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
