Notice is hereby given that: London Clubs Poker Room Limited of the following address: Fourth Floor, 265 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7RQ is applying under Section 187(b) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino Premises Licence issued under the Act. The application relates to the following premises: The Empire Poker Room, Basement to Second Floor, 5-6 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7NA.
The application is to extend the Empire Gaming area into the London Poker Room gaming area and reduce therefore the size of the Gaming area in London Poker room with no extension to the overall gaming area of both casinos and no physical changes.
The application has been made to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5QP Email: licensing@westminster.gov.uk. Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application.
Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities; A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities; A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 18 June 2026
It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
