LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT NQ64 Soho 2 Ltd has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 20 May 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at NQ64 Arcade Bar, Ground floor & Basement, 5 Goslett Yard & Orange Yard, London, WC2H 0EA for the provision of regulated entertainment (Dance; Live Music & Anything similar: Sunday to Wednesday 09:00-03:00, Thursday to Saturday 09:00-06:00; Films: Monday to Saturday 09:00-03:00 & Sunday 12:00-03:00; Recorded Music: unrestricted), the provision of late night refreshment (Sunday to Wednesday 23:00-03:30, Thursday to Saturday 23:00-05:00) and the sale by retail of alcohol (Monday to Wednesday 10:00-03:00, Thursday to Saturday 10:00-04:00 & Sunday 12:00-03:00), on similar terms to the two existing licences and as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 17 June 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
