St Ives Assets Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority vary a Premises Licence in respect of Treloyhan Manor, Trelyon Ave, Carbis Bay, St Ives TR26 2RX.
The application is to add a licensable area solely for the sale of alcohol, to a small area of grounds where a barbeque-grill al fresco restaurant will be operated through the summer months. We are requesting that alcohol sales be permitted 7 days a week, starting no sooner than 9am and not being sold past 9pm. Alcohol in this area will be sold to persons in the designated area, for consumption in the designated area and dispensed from the manor house. The sale of alcohol in this area will be ancillary to the sale of substantial food. No changes are being requested to the current licenced area.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 26th June 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
