What is proposed?

Notice of application to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council on 21 May 2026 by Open Late Ltd for the grant of a premises licence in respect of 269-271 Chester Road, Castle Bromwich B36 0ET to allow the (off) sale by retail of alcohol 0700-2300hrs Monday to Sunday. The postal address where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Licensing Team, The Core, Theatre Square, Homer Road, Solihull B91 3RG. 

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Team at the above address or by email to licensing@solihull.gov.uk on or before 18 June 2026. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement on or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £unlimited.
