LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT / VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that: Stoneybridge Ltd has applied to North Yorkshire Council for the grant / variation of a premises licence in respect of: The Angel Inn, Long Street, Topcliffe, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3RW.
The application seeks to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, including from an outdoor bar within the beer garden, and the provision of regulated outdoor entertainment within designated areas of the premises.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Service, 3 Racecourse Lane, Northallerton, DL7 8QZ.
Representations must be received no later than: 18 June 2026.
A copy of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours.
