Notice is hereby given that Belmont Estate (Farm) Ltd has applied in respect of Belmont Estate - Watercress Farm, Belmont Hill, Wraxall, Bristol, BS48 1NN.
For the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
This is an application for a new premises licence to permit the following; For the sale of alcohol (for on and off the premises), plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar to live/recorded music and performance of dance; From 8am until 11pm every day.
For all of the above, on no more than 12 occasions per calendar year, the permitted hours to be extended to 12 midnight.
Opening hours to the public to be from 8am to 11.30pm every day.
A copy of the full application and proposed operating conditions can be inspected at the offices of North Somerset Council Licensing Authority, North Somerset Council, Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset BS23 1UJ, during normal office hours, or www.n-somerset.gov.uk
This application was lodged with North Somerset Council Licensing Authority on 26th May 2026 and any representations must be made in writing to North Somerset Council Licensing Authority at the above address or email to licensing@n-somerset.gov.uk, no later than the end of 23rd June 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
