APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Remmer Restaurants Limited t/a McDonalds Restaurants have applied to Birmingham City Council on Friday 22nd May 2026 for a Variation of a Premises Licence for McDonald’s Restaurant, 724 Chester Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B24 0EA.
The Variation is to update the plan currently attached to the Premises Licence to show a change of layout following a refurbishment within the restaurant.
Further information concerning the application can be viewed by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing
Any person, who wished to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ
Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 19th June 2026.
NOTE: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
