Notice is hereby given that on the 19th May 2026 Asda Stores Ltd applied to Mansfield District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express (Land at Rufford Arms) 335 Chesterfield Road South Mansfield NG19 7ES. The proposed licensable activities are ;- The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays 24 hours a day. (Between 23.00 and 07.00 and the store will be closed to the public and alcohol sales are permitted only for the purposes of fulfilling remote delivery orders). Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Manager, Mansfield District Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield Notts NG19 7BH no later than the 16th June 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Mansfield District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
