NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Central England Co-operative Limited has applied to Mid-Suffolk District Council on Thursday 21st May 2026 for the variation of the Premises Licence for Central England Co-operative, Stowupland Service Station, Church Road, Thorney Green, Stowupland, Stowmarket, IP14 4BJ. The Application is to remove paragraphs 9, 10, and 11 from Annex 2, and to amend “on demand” to “on request and as soon as reasonably practicable” in paragraphs 5 and 6 of Annex 2. In addition, the application is to update the plan currently attached to the Premises Licence. This application may be viewed at: www.midsuffolk.gov.uk or for further information contact the Licensing Team on 0300 123 400 Option 6. Dates between which representations may be made to the Licensing Authority: Start Date: 22nd May 2026 - Closing Date: 18th June 2026. Representations must be made in writing for the attention of the Licensing Team, Mid Suffolk District Council (as the Licensing Authority) at: Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2BX or by e-mail to licensingteam@baberghmidsuffolk.gov.uk

Note: It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
