LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th of May 2026 Asda Stores Limited applied to North Northamptonshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express Rushden PFS, Higham Road, North Northamptonshire, NN10 6DZ. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hour of 23.00 and 05.00 Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- North Northamptonshire Council, Regulatory Services Licensing Administration, Thrapston Offices, Cedar Drive, Thrapston NN14 4LZ or by email to: Licensing@northnorthants.gov.uk no later than the 12th of June 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of North Northamptonshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected on the Councils Licensing Register at www.northnorthants.gov.uk or by appointment at the above offices. To attend the offices please email: licensing@northnorthants.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
