Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Maki Southampton Limited have applied for a new Premises Licence at Maki & Ramen, Unit R08, Mezzanine Food Level, West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton SO15 1QE.

The licensable activity Monday to Sunday between 11:00-23:00 will be the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises. Conditions will apply.

Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so in writing to Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY Or by Email to licensing@southampton.gov.uk by 18 June 2026. The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at Council Offices between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays or at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03registers It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
