APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Sinnuthurai UTHAYAN has applied under the Licensing Act 2003 to Southend-on-Sea City Council for the Variation of the Premises Licence in respect of the premises previously known as ‘Roddy’s’ but now known as ‘Londis Dinusan’, 206 Southchurch Road, SOUTHEND on SEA SS1 2LS in order to extend the licensable hours to accommodate: OFF Sale of Alcohol – 00:00 to 23:59hrs DAILY. Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 05:00hrs DAILY. Plus the modification of some Conditions.

The application register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, SOUTHEND on SEA SS2 6ER, during normal office hours, or via the Council’s online public licensing register.

Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address, stating the grounds for representation, no later than 17th June 2026. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum penalty on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
