LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence
WeCraft Events Ltd is making an application for a Variation of Premises Licence in respect of Lazydays Festival, Priory Park, Victoria Avenue Southend-on-Sea, SS2 6NB.
The variations being proposed are: Increase capacity to 6,500, with 500 reserved for staff and performers. Open to the public 7 days in a calendar year during the following hours: Mon 1000-2000, Tues 1000-2000, Weds 12-2230, Thurs 1200-2230, Fri 1100-2315, Sat 1100-2315, Sun 1100-2200. Sale & supply of alcohol between Mon 1000-2000, Tues 1000-2000, Weds 12-2230, Thurs 1200-2230, Fri 1100-2300, Sat 1100-2300, Sun 1100-2200. Regulated entertainment including dance, films, plays, live & recorded music between: Mon 1000-2000, Tues 1000-2000, Weds 12-2230, Thurs 1200-2230, Fri 1100-2300, Sat 1100-2300, Sun 1100-2200. Condition 58 and Condition 59 lower-frequency noise monitoring clauses to be substituted by "1/3 octave band readings will be taken to ensure that the 31.5Hz to 160Hz bands do not exceed the representative background noise level (LA90) plus 15dB, plus a further 20dB, when measured as LCEq over a 15 minute period, subject to an upper limit of 90dB(C) at the Facade of noise sensitive premises near to the event."

A record of the application, & the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office, from 10am-4pm, Mon to Fri or at southend.gov.uk.
