What is proposed?

Application For The Variation of Premises Licence - Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by: Kopinath Shanmuganathan for the variation of a premises licence in respect of: Shop Locally, 50 Oxford Street, High Wycombe, HP11 2DJ. The variations proposed are as follows:

1. Extend the Sale by Retail of Alcohol Hours (for consumption off the premises) & Opening Hours to: Monday – Sunday: 08:00 - 03:00.

2. Remove and add additional conditions.

Full details of this application and the proposed activities may be viewed during normal office hours at the Council Offices of Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA or at the Buckinghamshire Council website.

If you wish to make a representation in respect of this application, you must e-mail licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk or write to Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF.

Your representation must be received by 16th June 2026 and should clearly states the grounds upon which the representations are made.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
