ADVERTISEMENT FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: Charles Menegatos of Going Greek, 30 Shenley Rd, Borehamwood WD6 1DR has applied to Hertsmere Borough Council for a variation of a premises licence. The proposed licensable activities and their times are: The extension of opening hours for the provision of late-night refreshment (takeaway food – delivery only) until 12:00am Monday to Sunday. No alcohol will be sold or supplied after 10pm. A copy of the application can be viewed by appointment at The Civic Offices, Elstree way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1WA. Representations relating to the effect of this application on the licensing objectives may be made in writing to Licensing Authority in writing no later than midnight on Friday 19?? June 2026. Representations can be sent addressed to the Licensing Team at the above address or by email to: licensing.services@hertsmere.gov.uk IT IS AN OFFENCE KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION. TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN 6 MONTHS IMPRISONMENT AND/OR AN UNLIMITED FINE.
