The application is to: Authorise the licensable activity of sale and distribution of alcohol by retail from the above premises for consumption off the premises. Maximum proposed days and hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Sunday, 0800 to 2200.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 23/06/2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
