What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Young & Co's Brewery Plc in respect of Premises known as Castle, 38 Tooting High Street, Tooting, London, SW17 0RG applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Wandsworth) for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:

1. To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant – see application for full details.

2. To remove an old works condition, number 18 under Annex 2.

All licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and other conditions to remain as existing.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email licensing@merton.gov.uk no later than 16th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Wandsworth Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm or on the council’s website – www.wandsworth.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
