NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that we, One Lease Seaham Limited have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: GRACE KELLY 6 NORTH TERRACE SEAHAM SR7 7EU For the application to vary a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: -

Live Music, Recorded Music Friday and Saturday 08:00 - 02:00 Indoors, Sale of Alcohol Friday and Saturday 08:00 - 02:00 On Sales Only and to add various conditions to the existing licence.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 16 JUNE 2026 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services PO Box 274 Stanley DH8 1HG. Alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
