What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003- NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISE LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: I Alin-Mihai Zamfir have applied to Bury Council for a premise licence to allow the off sale of alcohol between the following hours: Monday to Sunday 07:00 until 23:00.

Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: 15th of June 2026 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2,3 Knowsley Place Duke Street Bury BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon - Fri or by going to the councils licensing register at https://licensing.bury.gov.uk/PAforLalpacLIVE/1/WcaHome.

IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
