LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that I, Karita Ademaj have applied on 20th May 2026 to Trafford Council (The Licensing Authority), for a new premises licence in respect of the premises known as: Lugo, 4 Pott Street, Altrincham WA14 1AH, under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to authorise the sale of alcohol between the hours of: Sale / Supply of Alcohol; Monday 10:00 -22:00, Tuesday 10:00 - 22:00, Wednesday 10:00 - 22:00, Thursday 10:00 - 22:00, Friday 10:00 - 22:00, Saturday 10:00 - 22:00, Sunday 10:00 - 22:00, Public Holidays -From the start of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the end of permitted hours on New Year's Day. Other times when the Premises is open; Monday 08:00 - 22:00, Tuesday 08:00 -22:00, Wednesday 08:00 - 22:00, Thursday 08:00 - 22:00, Friday 08:00 - 22:00, Saturday 08:00 -22:00, Sunday 08:00- 22:00, Public Holidays - From the start of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the end of permitted hours on New Year's Day.

Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 0TH within 28 days of the application being made to the Licensing Authority, and by the 17th June 2026. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Authority at the following email address: kcensing@trafford.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
