LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that The Management Committee of The FUSE, Redeeming Our Communities (ROC) have applied to Trafford Council for a new premises licence in respect of The FUSE, ROC Centre, Warburton Lane, Partington, Manchester, M31 4BU, under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003, for a licence to authorise the sale/supply of alcohol (on the premises), regulated entertainment (live music, recorded music and performances of dance) and late night refreshment, Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 00:00.

Any person wishing to make representations may do so in writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 0TH, or by email to licensing@trafford.gov.uk, within 28 days of the date of this notice. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
