What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer Simply Foods Ltd to the Licensing Authority of BCP Council for a Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, Unit 1, 1 Redlands, Poole Road, Poole, Dorset BH12 1DN.

The application includes the following terms:- To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0600 to 0000 hours each day Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Ghristchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 16th June 2026. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
