LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Hall and Woodhouse Limited have applied to BCP Council for the variation of a premises licence for the premises known as The Yachtsman, Lake Road, Poole BH15 4LW.

The application is to update the external layout plans of the premises to reflect the location of external equipment and to clarify the location of the licenced area. Also, the addition of a condition limiting the use of the car park for licenced activity to 12 occasions a year.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth BH2 6DY no later than 12 June 2026. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BCP Council at the above address (or www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
