Notice is given that B. Thornton has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Name of Premises: Cirqle Cafe Address: 1 Church Street, Christchurch, BH23 1BW

The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 11th day of June 2026 .

Activities: Hours: Days: To increase the licensable area to include the 3 tables located on the pavement outside Cirqle Cafe, on Church Street. To also include the area from the front door to the seating area to allow access to the seating area. Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 22:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 11 June 2026. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
