What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Stratford On Avon District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence under the above Act on 22nd May 2026 by Fiona Kelly at: Kelly’s, 13 Wood Street, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 6JF. It is proposed that the following licensable activities will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol by retail: 08:00 to 00:00 and late night refreshment 23:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday.

A copy of the application is kept by Licensing Authority at the below address. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays. Any person, who wishes to make a
representation, must do so in writing, to: Stratford On Avon DC, Elizabeth House, Church St, Stratford on Avon, CV37 6HX or to licensing@stratford-dc.gov.uk. Representations to this application must be made by 19th June
2026.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
