LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on 18.05.2026 Mr Richard Edward Haffield applied to North Yorkshire Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Cock And Bottle, 30 Swadford Street, Skipton BD23 1RD.

The proposed variation is ;- To amend the layout plan annexed to the premises licence to incorporate an accessible toilet and staircase to the ground floor, to convert the private quarters on the first floor into a restaurant space and move the kitchen from the ground floor to the first floor.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ no later than 15.06.2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of North Yorkshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Licensing Authority, Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
