LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Take notice that I: MAJD Supermarket Ltd 

have made an application to Lewisham Council acting as the Licensing Authority, for a New Premises Licence in respect of the following premises: 
1-5 Further Green Road, London, SE6 1JU

The details of the application are as follows: Application for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only. 

Alcohol off-sales: Sunday to Thursday 10:00 - 00:00; Friday and Saturday 10:00-01:00. 

Premises opening hours: Sunday to Thursday 08:00 - 00:00; Friday and Saturday 08:00 - 01:00. 

The application and the Licensing Authority’s public register can be inspected at: Lewisham Council, Safer Communities Service, 4th Floor Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London,  SE6 4RU by appointment between Monday to 
Friday (except on public holidays) and between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.00 pm; or at www.lewisham.gov.uk 

The last date by which responsible authorities or other persons may make representations to the Licensing Authority in relation to this application is: 15/06/2026 

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or by emailing licensing@lewisham.gov.uk   

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited
