Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for Variation of Premises Licence

Application has today been made to the Council for the above Licence by Ciao Italy Ltd of 2 Keighley Road, Skipton North Yorkshire BD23 2NS for: Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, recorded music and provision of late night refreshments between 10:00 and 23:00 daily.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 12 June 2026. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
