Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Barr Invest Limited has applied to BCP Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a variation to a Premises Licence for the premises known as:
Name of Premises: NIKITA
Address: 182 – 184 Alma Road, Bournemouth, BH9 1AJ
The following amendments/additions to the licensable activities will be provided during the following days and times.

Extension of opening hours - Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 00:00
Extension of the Supply of alcohol (on-sales only) - Monday to Sunday: 11:00 to 00:00
Inclusion of non-standard timings for Bank Holidays, Christmas, and New Year
Removal of condition 2.1

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
