NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Dalmoon Limited (trading as Brooks Leisure) of 208 Fleet Road, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 4BY has applied under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary an Adult Gaming Centre Premises Licence in respect of premises at 208 Fleet Road, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 4BY.
The proposed variation is to amend the opening hours from Monday to Saturday 09:00–22:00 to:
Sunday to Thursday 08:00–23:00
Friday to Saturday 08:00–00:00
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to Hart District Council Licensing Authority at Hartlicensing@basingstoke.gov.uk by no later than 16 June 2026.
It is an offence under Section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 knowingly or recklessly to make a false or misleading statement in connection with this application.
