NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Safem Desserts T/A Chocoberry has applied to the LICENSING AUTHORITY AT MILTON KEYNES COUNCIL FOR A PREMISES LICENCE at Unit 14a, 651 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 3AZ.
The following licensable activity is proposed: Supply of Late Night Refreshment between 23:00hr to 04:00 hrs Monday to Sunday with opening hours to the public between 09.00 and midnight .
Full details of the application can be viewed via the Licensing Register at the Civic Offices of the Council (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours) or online at
www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/licensing.
Any person or responsible authority may make representations either against or in support of the application in writing by the following date: 17 June 2026.
