LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TRN Limited t/a McDonald's
Restaurants has applied to the Licensing Authority for the
Mid Sussex District Council on 18th May 2026 for the grant
of a Premises Licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, Civic
Way, Burgess Hill, RH15 9AR for the provision of late
night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00
Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the
premises.The application may be viewed, during normal
office hours at the :- Main Reception, Mid Sussex District
Council, Oaklands, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, West
Sussex, RH16 1SS And online at

www.midsussex.gov.uk

Authorities or other persons may make representations on
or before 15th June 2026. All representations shall be made
in writing to the Licensing Officer at Mid Sussex District
Council at the above address.
Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
