Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied
to Cherwell District Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King,
Unit B, Bandbury Edge, Southam Road, Banbury, OX16
2RR. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
Late Night Refreshment (for consumption indoors &
outdoors) from 23:00 until 05:00 Monday to Sunday.
Opening Hours are 24hrs Monday to Sunday. Please see the
application for full details. Any representations regarding
the above-mentioned application must be received in
writing by Licensing Team, Cherwell District Council, 39
Castle Quay, Banbury, OX16 5FD or via email to
no later than 15th June 2026
stating the grounds for representation. The register of
Cherwell District Council and the record of the application
may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council’s website -
