Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
vary a premises licence for the Red Lion, Market Place,
Ripley, DE5 3BR.
The application seeks to remove the conditions in Annexe
2 of the premises licence which relate to the outdated
"Justices' On Licence and Children's Certificate" documents
and replace with updated conditions as per the application
form.
There are no other changes to the Premises Licence.
The postal address of the relevant licensing authority
is set out below and a record of the application may
be inspected there during normal office hours or at
at any time.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to the Licensing
Section, Amber Valley Borough Council, Town
Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3BT or by emailing
Written representations
must be received no later than Monday, 15th June 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application which, upon conviction,
carries an unlimited fine.
