Notice is hereby given that Rachael Thorne has applied in respect of Afterglow Tanning Ltd, 18-20 The Crescent, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 1AF for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Refreshments to be offered during treatments and experiences between the operating hours of 09:00 - 21:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 - 14:00 on a Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 26/06/2026 to the Licensing Team, South Holland District Council, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, PE11 2XE where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
