NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE / CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Premises:

The Keep Spirits Company, 80-82 Broadway, Oxfordshire, OX11 8AE

Notice is given that Robert McGregor and Samuel Smith has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence / Club Premises Certificate under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:

Sale of Alcohol

Mon – Thurs 12pm – 11pm

Fri – Sat 12pm – 12:00am

Sun 12pm – 10pm

Recorded Music (as well as sale of alcohol hours)

Fri - Sat 11pm – 12am

Live Music (as well as sale of alcohol hours)

Fri - Sat 11pm – 12am

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to

licensing@southoxon.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 15th June 2026

Date of Notice: 18th June 2026

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
