Goldies (Liverpool) Limited has applied to Liverpool City Council for a premises licence for Goldies Slice Bar (former Brewdog site), Unit 1, Manolis Yard, 8 Colquitt Street, Liverpool, Merseyside L1 4DE for the following licensable activities: The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 10:00 and 00:00 (midnight) daily; late night refreshment (indoors / outdoors) from 23:00 to 00:00 (daily); opening from 10:00 to 00:30 daily. Non-standard times to apply on New Year’s Eve. You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it by visiting liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.
Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH.
Representations must be received no later than 16 June 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
