NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st May 2026 Asda Stores Ltd applied to Gedling Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express Arno Vale Road Woodthorpe Nottingham NG5 6QD. The proposed licensable activities are ;- The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays 24 hours a day. (Between 23.00 and 07.00 the store will be closed to the public and alcohol sales are permitted only for the purposes of fulfilling remote delivery orders). Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, Gedling Borough Council, Civic Centre, Arnot Hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham NG5 6LU; licensing@ gedling.gov.uk no later than the 18th June 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Gedling Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours. Tel 0115 901 3971. www.gedling.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
