NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 18th May 2026 Hayley Bryson applied to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises The Butcher’s Café, 27 Low Street, North Ferriby HU14 3DD.

The proposed licensable activities are ;-

1. The supply of alcohol (on and off sales) on Monday to Wednesday between the hours of 11.00 to 17.45, Thursday to Saturday 11.00 to 22.00 and Sunday 11.00 to 15.45 and 11.00 to 15.45 on Bank Holidays (closing time 15 minutes later).

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Team, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall, Beverley HU17 9BA (licensing@eastriding.gov.uk) no later than the 15.06.2026 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of East Riding of Yorkshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire HU17 9BA between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday (4.30pm on Friday) except public holidays or via http://www2.eastriding.gov.uk/business/licences-and0registrations/ public-registers/alcohol-entertainment-and-food/

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
