PREMISES Market Shaker, 32-36 Cloth Market, Newcastle NE1 1EE
Notice is given that Market Shaker Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 19th May 2026 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: - To extend the finish time of all licensed activities permitted under the licence to 03:00 daily.
To replace the annex 2 conditions on the licence with the schedule of conditions submitted with the application. To amend the opening hours to finish at 03:30 daily.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH
Representations must be received by 17th June 2026.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
