Vivicolor Limited, 91 Portland Street, Aberdeen AB11 6LN hereby give notice that we have applied to the Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for the premises: Monroe’s, 8 Coronation Walk, Southport, PR8 1RE under the provisions of schedule 3, section 2 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for the grant of a licence to use the premises referred to above as a sexual entertainment venue. Any person wishing to make representations about this application should make them to the Head of Highways and Public Protection, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle L20 3NJ, within 28 days of the date of this notice.
