What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Pranzo Italian (Manchester) Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence for the Pranzo Italian at 55 King Street, Manchester, M2 4LQ.

The application includes the following terms:

1. To enable the sale of alcohol between 10:00 hrs and 00:00 hrs daily.

2. To enable the provision of late-night refreshment between 23:00 hrs and 00:00 hrs daily.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 17th May 2026 (www.manchester.gov.uk/licensing)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
