Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

We Supercharger Central Limited do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as :- KFC,22-23 London Road, Brighton, BN1 4JB for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:

1. Late Night Refreshment (indoors/outdoors) : Monday to Sunday 23:00 until 05:00.

2. Opening Hours : Monday to Sunday 11:00 until 05:00.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ no later than 17th June 2026 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.

The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
