NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Broad Bar Limited in respect of Cured, 20 - 22 Broad Street, Nottingham, NG1 3AL for a new premises licence.
The proposed application is: To permit the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment: From 09:00 to 02:00 on Sundays to Thursdays. From 09:00 to 03:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. To provide late night refreshment: From 23:00 to 02:00 on Sundays to Thursdays. From 23:00 to 03:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
To provide licensable activities on specific occasions. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 16 June 2026, stating the grounds for the representations.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
