Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied to Liverpool City Council in respect of Grove, 145 Breckfield Road North, Liverpool, L5 4QT for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 2634-501).
The change consists of a refurbishment scheme, including the re-location of the bar servery, new cellar access, new fixed seating positions and new screens, along with the addition of permitting the use of an external food/drink dispense bar, as indicated on the submitted plan, for the sale and supply of alcohol until 10pm on any day.
All other permitted hours and activities currently permitted by the premises are to remain unchanged by this application. Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
Representations must be received no later than the end of 17th June 2026.
