Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that TCN UK Ltd has applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Newark Works, 2 Foundry Way, South Quays, Bath, BA2 3DZ.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
Retail Sale of Alcohol from 08:00 until 23:00 (for consumption on and off the premises) Monday to Sunday.
Opening Hours are 24Hrs Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk no later than 17th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
