Notice is hereby given that we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to East Suffolk Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Norwich Road, Halesworth, IP19 8HX for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Suffolk Council (as the Licensing Authority) at either of the above addresses, or by email to licensing@eastsuffolk.gov.uk
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
