Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application for
the Variation of a Premises Licence

We The Graze Group Ltd hereby give notice that
an application was made to Leeds City Council on
the 15th May 2026 for the variation of a Premises
Licence to operate a premises at: The Graze Meat
Factory Unit 4, Shannon Road, Leeds, LS9 8EZ
from which the following licensable activities are
proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the
premises between the hours of 09:00 and 23:59
hours Friday and Saturday. Regulated
Entertainment, by way of recorded music from
23:00 to 23:59 Friday and Saturday, and an
increase to the licensable area of the premises.
The full application may be inspected, free of
charge, at the offices of the council at Leeds City
Council, Entertainment Licensing, Civic Hall,
Leeds, LS1 1UR or at

www.leeds.gov.uk.

Any
interested party or Responsible Authority may
make representations to the Licensing Section in
writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of
application was made as detailed above, or by
email at

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

The last day for representations being the
12/06/2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and a person may be liable on summary conviction
to an unlimited fine
